Thriving Project Management Thursdays 001 - Everybody wants to be a project manager | International Project Management Day Keynote.

PMI South Africa held its very first virtual event on 5 November 2020. The theme for the evening was “Unlocking The Trending Future - Change-makers in a digital world.” I was invited as their first Keynote speaker. I tackled the topic “Everybody wants to be a project manager but not everybody wants to do the hard work: the importance of project management and leading global and remote teams.”

The three main takeaways are:
